2. Service Description

BulkGizmo provides digital tools and software as a service (SaaS) available on a pay-as-you-go basis. Users purchase credits or access specific features for one-time use or limited access durations — no recurring subscriptions are involved.

Once payment is made, access is granted automatically to the purchased features or credit balance.

3. Payment Methods

All payments on BulkGizmo are processed securely via PayU, our official payment gateway.

We accept the following methods:

• Credit/Debit Card: Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, Maestro
• Apple Pay / Google Pay (depending on browser and device compatibility)

All transactions are protected using 3D Secure and encrypted to the highest industry standards.

4. Access and Delivery

• Since we provide digital services only, there are no physical products or shipments involved.
• Purchased features or credit packages are available immediately after successful payment.
• You will receive confirmation via email, and your account dashboard will reflect your active balance or feature access.
• If your purchase is not reflected within 5 minutes of payment confirmation, please contact us immediately.

5. Refund Policy

We offer limited refunds due to the digital and consumable nature of our services.

5.1 Eligibility

• Refunds can be requested within 14 calendar days of purchase only if the purchased service was not used (e.g., unused credits or access not consumed).
• Once the service or feature is used, either fully or partially, no refund will be issued.

7. User Responsibilities

• Not attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit our platform or pricing systems

Prime Marketing SRL shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 30 days prior to the incident.

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page and will apply immediately to new purchases and users.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania and EU consumer legislation. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Iași, Romania.
