1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Timeframe: You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a refund.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition—unused, unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software or digital goods once downloaded
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
3. How to Initiate a Return

Receive Return Authorization (RA) Number
Our team will issue an RA number and provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Ship Your Return
Pack the item securely, include the RA number clearly on the outside of the package, and ship to the address provided.
4. Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping: Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), you are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.
- Exchanges: If you are exchanging for the same item, we will cover return shipping; otherwise, standard return shipping applies.
5. Refund Processing
- Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item.
- Approval: If approved, we will notify you by email.
- Timing: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of approval.

- Original payment method: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
- Gift cards: Refunds will be credited as a Bulkgizmo gift card.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
- Check: First, check your bank account or payment provider. Processing times may vary by institution.

7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Notify Us Immediately (within 5 days of receipt).
- Provide Photos of the damage/defect.
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
8. Cancellations
- Before Shipping: Orders can be canceled free of charge if the request is received before the item ships.
- After Shipping: You must follow the standard return procedure above once you receive the item.

Bulkgizmo reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated policy on our website and indicate the “Last updated” date.
