Bulkgizmo Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Bulkgizmo. If for any reason you need to return an item, we’re here to make the process easy.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable or digital goods
- Personalized/customized products
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
3. How to Initiate a Return

Receive Return Authorization (RA) Number
You will be given an RA number and instructions for shipping.

Ship Your Item
Use your preferred carrier, include the RA number on the package, and send to the address provided.
4. Return Shipping
- Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- Exchanges: If exchanging for the same item, shipping is on us; otherwise, return shipping costs apply.
5. Return Processing
- Inspection: We will inspect returned items upon receipt.
- Notification: You will receive an email confirming approval or issues.
- Credit: Approved returns will be processed within 7 business days. Credit will be issued to original payment method or as a store credit.
6. Late or Missing Returns
- Track Your Package: Use your carrier’s tracking number.
- Contact Us: If your return hasn’t arrived after 14 days, email [email protected].
7. Damaged or Defective Items
For damaged or defective items, please:
- Report Within 5 Days: Notify us with photos of the issue.
- Resolution: We will offer a replacement or return label for a full refund.
8. Exchanges
If you’d like a different size or color, follow the return procedure above and place a new order, or contact support for assistance.
